DOES THE ABSENCE OF A VALID PASSPORT AUTOMATICALLY PREVENT CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT?
Not necessarily.
Some citizenship by investment programs require conventional passport documentation in every case.
A limited number of countries operating CBI programs may be prepared to consider alternative documentary evidence where permitted by their legislation and subject to government approval and due diligence.
The absence of a valid passport does not automatically determine the outcome of every citizenship by investment application.
